How do I check my order status?

Use the "Order Lookup" page and enter your Order ID and email address to view your order status and details.

Where can I find my Order ID?

Your Order ID was sent to your email after purchase. It starts with "ORD" followed by numbers and letters.

Is my payment secure?

How do I receive my purchased product?

Why haven't I received my credentials?

Check your spam/junk folder first. If still not found, use the Order Lookup to verify your order status, or contact support with your Order ID.

Is delivery instant?

Yes, all digital products are delivered automatically and instantly after payment confirmation. No waiting period required.

After-sales

What is your refund policy?

Due to the instant delivery nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds once credentials have been delivered. Please review product descriptions before purchase.

My credentials don't work. What should I do?

First, ensure you are using the correct credentials from your confirmation email. If issues persist, contact our support team with your Order ID for assistance.

Can I get a replacement account?

If your account credentials are invalid due to our error, contact support for a replacement. Provide your Order ID for verification.
